All my new toys and some Scrap Pink pics

Looks like I left this post in draft from 9/29, so here it is, albeit late...

I am so excited about all my new toys that I can hardly stick to the to-do list. And that list is getting longer, I can tell you. Every time I think I'm getting ahead, more product comes in. What a great problem to have, right? We broke out the Pink Cricut for Scrap Pink Weekend and had a good time with the Designer's Calendar and Pink Journey cartridges. We had a full house on Friday night and Saturday night for our 12 hour crops and were busting at the seams on Sunday. Regina won the Pink Apron for filling her BINGO card. That's a lot of stuff to do in one day!!! And for putting in the most hours over the weekend of 12 hour crops, Renee won the Rock Paper Trimmer!!! A good time was had by all.

The Begonia Medallion and Intro to Tear Bears classes were too much fun and Bobbi provided the Make-n-Takes. Her designs are so cute! Michelle booked out and rocked her first Copic Marker class and we are about 1/2 full for the October 25th class. Be sure and call to reserve your spot for this unique opportunity. These new tools are awesome! I have been filling up my weeks with Cricut and Flower Soft classes and Bobbi hardly has time to work her day job.

We have some exciting news for upcoming altered album and layout classes that showcase the Tim Holtz and Ranger goodies. I ordered all the colors of Stickles, Ice Stickles, Distress Stickles, Distress Crackle Paint, Distress Inks, Liquid Pearls, Dimensional Pearls, Paint Dabbers, and Oh Boy! Keep an eye on the on-line calendar, 'cause we are adding classes, crops and events every day.

Gotta go get busy so I can play later.

Come see me at the new location and we'll chat.

Designer's Calendar cartridge is HERE!!!!

So, I guess I am trying to make up for lost blogging time all in one day. But, I had to let you know that the new Designer's Calendar Cricut cartridge is in my hot little hands. I only got 3, and one's for me, so give me a call if you want yours. 744-6911

Long time no Cricut blog

Hey there! I am a bad toad for not blogging, so says my friend Chris. Well, my excuse is a good one! I have been SOOOO busy with classes, putting up product, and getting ready for our huge Scrap Pink weekend, I haven't blogged or emailed. I'll try to remedy the email issue later today with details on our upcoming events, but in the meantime, take a look at the...Calendar...

And, if you haven't been in the store in the past few days, there is a TON of new stuff to check out. We have ALL of the Flower Soft colors. Yes, that's all of the solid colors and each of the mixes, including the fabulous Autumn, Vintage Christmas and the incredible Polar White. We also have the scrapbook page kit and all the accessories, ribbon, adhesive, wires and more. Their card toppers, fancy papers, and stamps are in and going fast. I have all the kits, as well, in case you don't know where to start. I went nuts over their gorgeous peel off stickers and got all of those, too! You may have missed out, though, 'cause some are already gone. But, never fear, 'cause (say it Ladies) The Mom Rocks! I have placed my 4th order with Flower Soft since August, so more is on the way. Come on in to the new location and get yours. There is another class scheduled for Wednesday 9/30 @ 10am so you can see just how easy and fun it is to make an incredible impact on your cards, scrapbook pages and projects.

More Spellbinders arrived this week, including Fancy Tags (2 left), the Fleur De Lis pendant (1 left), and the Nesting Trees (2 left). The mats and accessories and more are on the truck and I placed another order yesterday for dies and their new Impressabilities for embossing, so give me a call if you need me to reserve some for you. As soon as UPS/Fed Ex gives me a box, I open it and that's all she wrote, 'cause all your fellow crafters start digging into the goodies right away.

And by the way, can you say Tim Holtz?... Remember the 13 boxes from Ranger we got last week? Well, we got 4 more today!!! We have distress stickles, Tim Holtz' adorable film strip ribbon, and oh yeah did I forget to mention distress crackle paint? ALL OF IT!!!

I can't blog without telling you my Cricut news...Join our club and get 25% off retail on ALL Provo Cricut products for life. Call and ask us for details. Better yet...

Come see me and we'll chat.

We did it!!! Thanks to some very nice people, we have a Business License! Yesterday was a LONGGGG day, but I caught a few breaks. I'll tell you all the whole story during our next crop together. Just wanted my Cricut Crew to be the first to know the good news. We will be open for you to browse through all the goodies on Saturday 9/5/09 at 10am at the new location between Toys-R-Us and Moes. Stop by to see the new digs and chat with The Mom. Our Grand Opening has been postponed because of the craziness this week, so keep your eyes on the calendar for an update. But, in the meantime, we are open for business as of right now! As a matter of fact, I have already had customers and the stock is not even on the shelves!!! Don't tell Michelle. She would be mortified to know I let the ladies in to shop with all the mess. We have so much product to put out that she'll be up until time for me to open tomorrow, doing what she does best.

I want to take a few lines to give a very special thank you to the best sister in the whole world!!! BG spent days working on the boxes and boxes and boxes of new product so you can make it your own. I still have a lot of work to do to get it all into the system, but would NEVER have made it without her.

More thanks from me and Michelle to our respective sweeties who have been troupers through the move. Michael and Romeo deserve medals.

And, when I needed friends the most, some of our favorite croppers came to the rescue. I will blog the experience later, but suffice it to say that most of the moving was done during a torrential downpour! I was in tears and giving up, but my girls wouldn't let it be and Boy am I grateful!
